Shipping

Once the payment is approved, orders will ship within a day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Shipping in from the United States. Ground shipments will typically arrive within 2-5 business days. If you have any problems with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us by email at info@downunderboard.com.

International taxes and duties

When ordering our products from outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes requirements. Customs policies are different in every country, we recommend you contact your local custom office for more information. You are responsible for all additional customs charges.

Australia & New Zealand

We are currently shipping a limited supply of the DownUnder Board 2.0 from Australia to customers in Australia and New Zealand.  If an order includes any product other than the DownUnder Board 2.0, however, it will ship from the United States but it will ship DDP.
