Return Policy
We pride ourselves in giving all our customers the best possible service. If your DownUnder Board or DownUnder Impact Bag is in good resale condition (no scratches, wear, damage, etc.) you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus return shipping cost. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only accept returns on the Smart Insoles if they are unopened. See below for our return policy for the Smart Insoles.

Return and Exchange Policy
DownUnder Boards and DownUnder Impact Bags. You may return any unused DowUnder Board or DownUnder Impact bag for a refund minus return shipping costs. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To return or exchange a product, or if you have a claim for a defective item or package lost in transit, please email us at info@downunderboard.com and include your order number and the problem or error with the product. The customer accepts any risk of damage during transit in the return shipment. Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the below address.
Smart Insoles.

Defective product exchange: This product comes with a manufacturer 1 year limited warranty. To exchange a defective product, email cs@saltedventure.com for guidance on the warranty process.

Refund for change of mind: The customer may return this product to DownUnderBoard.com within 10 days of delivery for a change-of-mind refund only if it is in its sealed, unopened container, in good resale condition, and includes proof of purchase from DownUnderBoard.com. DownUnderBoard.com cannot accept returns or exchanges if the container seal has been broken. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item for a refund and will accept the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will send you a replacement product if the claim is deemed an error on our part.
If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
